What we can help with

• Corrections. A price that has changed, a study we have misrepresented, a device specification that is out of date. Tell us and we will verify and update.
• Questions about the research. If something in our coverage of red light therapy or low-level laser therapy is unclear, we would rather explain it than have you buy the wrong thing.
• Manufacturers. If we have got a specification wrong about your device, send us the correct figure and its source.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice. myhair.health is a research and review site, not a medical practice. We cannot tell you why your hair is falling out, whether a device will work on your particular scalp, or what treatment you should pursue. Hair loss can be caused by thyroid disease, nutritional deficiency, or autoimmune conditions that no laser cap will address, those need a doctor.

If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, or accompanied by other symptoms, please see a physician rather than emailing a website.
